Join Corrina and Adriana as they guide you through a restorative yoga practice which incorporates myofascial release using a yoga or tennis ball. We will target overworked and chronically tight areas using the ball which will allow you to rest with a new sense of space and ease in the supported poses. The blend of restorative poses, gentle yoga, and focused release points will increase mobility and strength, relieve muscular tension and result in a true sense of freedom in the entire body.
Feel free to bring your own yoga ball if you prefer using that to the provided tennis ball. Come treat yourself to this deliciously restful and opening practice, and leave feeling spacious and calm!
