John uses plant and tree Essences to bring you into a deep state of relaxation, healing and connection. While resting in restorative yoga poses, you will be smelling, applying, and possibly tasting these essences.

Restorative Yoga with Myofascial Release

Join Corrina and Adriana as they guide you through a restorative yoga practice which incorporates myofascial release using a yoga or tennis ball. We will target overworked and chronically tight areas using the ball which will allow you to rest with a new sense of space and ease in the supported poses. The blend of restorative poses, gentle yoga, and focused release points will increase mobility and strength, relieve muscular tension and result in a true sense of freedom in the entire body.

Feel free to bring your own yoga ball if you prefer using that to the provided tennis ball. Come treat yourself to this deliciously restful and opening practice, and leave feeling spacious and calm!

This 2-hour workshop is designed for students who are looking to build strength and confidence in their inversion practice - specifically focusing on learning the basics of Adho Mukha Vrksasana (handstand). 

No current practice of inversions is needed to participate as we'll be building these poses from the ground up in order to create a safe and stable foundation. If you regularly practice these poses, look forward to refining your practice and taking it to the next level with a few creative and surprising transitions.

Restorative Yoga Workshop with a Chair

Join Corrina for a blissful and revitalizing yoga experience. The blend of supported poses, gentle yoga, guided meditation and hands-on-healing will ease your body and mind into a deep state of relaxation. And in this special workshop we’ll also be introducing a new prop to our restorative tool bag - the chair.

A body supported by props can let go of tightly held muscles and settle into a space of rest and release. When this happens the nervous system calms and quiets at a deep restoring level. Along with our bolster, blankets, and blocks; the chair will be used to create length and space in the body, increase our overall comfort level allowing us to linger longer in the poses, and make certain positions accessible to all.
